The team can provide support over the phone or by remote access when available. Should the problem require a site visit, our team can travel to you in purpose built, fully provisioned service vehicles.

SITECH WA offers Annual Support Agreements (ASA’s) that provide a full spectrum of services to keep our valued customers up and running at a fixed monthly, quarterly or yearly cost. An ASA can be tailored to suit your needs or choose from one of the standard packages. ASA’s provide peace of mind with fixed support cost allowing you to better manage your cashflow. SITECH WA is pleased to offer several training courses that aim to help and assist our customers getting the most out of their investment and ensure they get the return that’s required.
Training can be:
- For large groups or individuals
- Structured to suit specific objectives or skill levels
- Onsite or at our premises in Osborne Park
SITECH WA can supply any required hardware or software for the duration of the training along with lunch and refreshments for longer duration training.
Have a design that you need to load into your data collector or machine control system? We can help.
